Reflexology has been around for centuries. Used by the Chinese more than 5,000 years ago and the ancient Egyptians. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands and face have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few. By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance.
Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions.
I have undertaken several Continuing Professional Development Training Courses for Reflexology, including; Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Menopause, Spinal, Oncology Cancer Support, Facial Reflexology etc, all giving me a greater scope on how best to support my clients.

Using techniques taught in-person by Louise Keet, Principal of The London School Of Reflexology, award winner and author of 'The Reflexology Bible' and 'A Guide To A Successful Pregnancy'. These treatments aim to restore the body's natural balance and energy flow to support preconception including assistance in the stimulation of ovulation, pregnancy associated conditions, assistance in later pregnancy for a natural labour, and post natal support for new mothers.

This is the first Reflexology for Menopause Support of its kind in the UK encompassing three Reflexology methods. Using focused techniques that have been designed and taught by both Ziggie Bergman (founder of Bergman Zone Method Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift) & Louise Keet (Principal of The London School of Reflexology & Author of The Reflexology Bible).
By stimulating specific reflexes on the face, hands and feet, the aim is to help balance the body's natural energy flow and support those going through all stages of the menopause.
You will only be required to remove your shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying the Zone Face Lift organic Facial Reflexology Oil. Flying Wild organic balm is also applied to the feet.
Alternatively if you would prefer just the menopause facial reflexology or the foot reflexology sequences separately, as stand alone appointments, they will be at my usual prices of Facial Reflexology £45 & Foot Reflexology £35.

Just like on our feet and hands, our faces hold reflex points corresponding with the rest of our bodies. This gorgeous treatment has been devised, a in-person training delivered, by Ziggie Bergman, award winning Reflexologist and leader in this field of reflexology. By gently stimulating the reflex areas on the face, which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few. This wonderfully relaxing treatment includes the use of an organic foaming cleanser, followed by a hot towel to cleanse and clean the skin followed by an organic facial reflexology oil, nourishing your skin and enhancing your radiance further. I also incorporate some Qua Sha techniques from my Zone Face Lift training as part of this sequence. This is the perfect treatment for those who enjoy facial treatments and those who would rather not have their feet touched.

Reiki Healing works with Universal life energies. This therapy was developed in Japan by Mikao Usui in the early 1900's. This therapy aims to rebalance the mind, body and spirit and achieve deep relaxation and improved general sense of well-being using. There is no massage involved with Reiki, and therefore, no contraindications. I place my hands on your head, shoulders, hips and feet and hold my hands above the chakra energy points along the body. You will only be required to remove your shoes for this therapy.

Mind, Body & Soul: Therapy Combination Packages
Choose a combination of treatments for a total Head to Toe relaxation experience. e.g. Facial Reflexology & Foot Reflexology, Zone Face Lift & Foot Reflexology. Many of my clients choose to have a combination of 2 treatments, all of which, leave them feeling and looking completely and utterly relaxed and refreshed.
When booking a combination of therapies during the same appointment you will enjoy £7.50 off each treatment [up to a total of 2 treatments], that's £15 off the total combined list price of individual therapies.
