Important, Please Read: Please consider the following before purchasing: Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. If the recipient has not previously visited LMK, Please be 100% sure that the recipient will book an appointment before parting with your hard earned money. If you're unsure, sound out the intended recipient first. See what type of therapies they like and which type of providers they prefer, i.e. small independent therapists, like myself, or larger spa settings which have additional facilities on offer. It would be a shame to purchase a voucher thinking that they'll love it, only for it to go unused! If you would like to proceed & purchase a gift voucher for therapies at LMK, please see information as follows, and Please Review the Terms & Conditions below;
Physical/Hard Copy Gift Vouchers are still available at LMK for existing clients. Please contact me directly if you wish to purchase a hard copy voucher (Please note, a £1 P&P fee applies for any vouchers that require postage). However, if you cannot get to LMK to collect a physical/hard copy voucher, or don't have time to wait for postage, it can be emailed direct to your chosen recipient. See T&C's below.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions:
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase Non-Refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash alternative. Appointment must be booked in by the expiry date. Failure to confirm and attend an appointment by the date specified invalidates the use of the voucher. Voucher must be presented at time of appointment. See Cancellation Policy regarding notice required for cancellations of appointments booked - If a voucher holder fails to attend their agreed appointment time and has not given sufficient notice in line with my cancellations policy of 24 hours notice, the money received for that voucher will be used to cover the cost of that lost appointment time and will invalidate the use of the voucher.
If the chosen therapy exceeds the value of voucher purchased, then the difference can be paid at the time of the appointment. If the therapy chosen is cheaper than the value of the voucher, no change will be given, however, any remaining balance can be put towards another therapy which will be valid for 1 calendar month.

How it works:
To purchase an eGift Voucher; please

add the recipient's first name, surname, email address* & your personal message

set the date for when you want the eGift Voucher delivered being either 'Now' or a chosen date (please note that I cannot control the exact time of day the voucher is delivered electronically, so it's a safer option to choose the day before a special occasion, such as a birthday, to ensure that the email arrives in time e.g. if Birthday or Anniversary is the 5th of the month, choose the 4th of the month for delivery)

* Please ensure you have entered the recipients email address correctly. If you realise after your purchase that you have entered the recipient's email address incorrectly, please contact me immediately.
After completing the checkout process;

you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase.

the eGift Voucher recipient is sent an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from ...(sender's name)". This email will contain the Unique Gift Card Code, required for redemption.
Please be sure to check with the recipient that they have received their eGift Voucher email, and to ask them to check their spam/junk folders if it's not appearing in their email Inbox. If you encounter any problems during this process or if you or your chosen recipient has not received the automated emails please contact Laura @ LMK asap.

To purchase a physical/hard copy voucher; please email me to confirm the following details:

first name & surname of the recipient,

if you would like the amount or named therapy written on the voucher,

whether you will collect the voucher in person or if you require postage direct to you or direct to the recipient, if posting, please provide full postal address including postcode & add £1 to cover cost of 1st class post.

if you will be paying in person upon collection, or making payment via PayPal to: @LauraKitto. Vouchers will be sent by post upon receipt of payment.
To Redeem Your eGift Voucher: Please visit my Online Bookings Page. Please choose the therapy you wish to book/purchase, followed by selecting the Date and Time you wish to book your appointment for, complete the brief Booking Form then select 'Pay Now'. Once on the payment page, please tick the 'Redeem a gift card' box where you are then prompted to enter your Unique Gift Card Code. Please enter your Unique Gift Card Code and complete the transaction (Please note that depending on your chosen therapy the required deposit amount will be deducted from your egift voucher balance, the remaining balance will be redeemed at the time of your appointment). You will then receive an email confirmation of your appointment booking. Please be sure to check your spam folders, and, if you do not receive email confirmation please contact Laura @ LMK asap. Not Currently Available (hope to be able to offer these again in the future): Gift Vouchers donated to local or charitable events for free as raffle prizes must be used within the specified time limits/expiry date stated on the voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash alternative. These are for 1 single therapy of choice, and exclude the Mind Body & Soul Therapy Combination therapies. Failure to confirm and/or attend an appointment by the expiry date specified invalidates the use of the voucher. Voucher must be presented at time of appointment. I am unable to honour vouchers that have been misplaced, lost or stolen. If a voucher holder fails to attend their agreed appointment time and has not given sufficient notice in line with my cancellations policy, this will invalidate the use of the voucher. Please Note: Free Donations of Gift Vouchers to such events outside of Cliffe Woods will no longer be available from October 2022. Any organisation wishing to purchase a Gift Voucher as a raffle prize is welcome to do so, and the same terms and conditions will apply as for all purchased gift vouchers.
