Reiki & Foot Reflexology

Service Description

To Start: Reiki Healing energy. This therapy aims to rebalance the mind, body and spirit and achieve deep relaxation and improved general sense of well-being using. There is no massage involved with Reiki, and therefore, no contraindications. I place my hands on your head, shoulders, hips and feet and hold my hands above the chakra energy points along the body. To Follow: Foot Reflexology. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands and face have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few. By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions. I have undertaken several Continuing Professional Development Training Courses for Reflexology, including; Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Menopause, Spinal, Oncology Cancer Support, Facial Reflexology etc, all giving me a greater scope on how best to support my clients. Please state if you would prefer Fertility, Pregnancy, Post-Natal or Menopause Reflexology when completing the online booking form, otherwise it will be assumed your preference is for Traditional Foot Reflexology. You will only be required to remove your shoes & socks for this therapy. Flying Wild's Reflexology Balms contain certified organic ingredients & a selection of essential oils, each with their own healing properties.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No Show Policy: This Policy Includes 'No-Shows' (a 'No Show' is an appointment not attended, without any notice given) Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed. If you are unable to attend an appointment or need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of scheduled therapy costs being incurred. The 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fees paid at the time of booking your appointment, and where full payment has been made in advance, including Gift Vouchers, these fees received will be retained by LMK where insufficient notice is given to compensate towards that lost appointment.
