Please state if you would prefer Fertility, Pregnancy, Post-Natal or Menopause Reflexology when completing the online booking form, otherwise it will be assumed your preference is for Traditional Foot Reflexology. ​Reflexology has been around for centuries.  Used by the Chinese more than 5,000 years ago and the ancient Egyptians. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands and face have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few.  By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions. I have undertaken several Continual Professional Development Training Courses for Reflexology, including; Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy, Menopause, Spinal, Oncology Cancer Support, Facial Reflexology etc, all giving me a greater scope on how best to support my clients. ​Fertility/Pre-Conceptual, Pregnancy & Post-Natal Reflexology: Using techniques taught in-person by Louise Keet, Principal of The London School Of Reflexology, award winner and author of 'The Reflexology Bible' and 'A Guide To A Successful Pregnancy'. These treatments aim to restore the body's natural balance and energy flow to support preconception including assistance in the stimulation of ovulation, pregnancy associated conditions, assistance in later pregnancy for a natural labour, and post natal support for new mothers. You will only be required to remove your footwear for this therapy. I will go over the feet with a wipe, then apply an organic balm before beginning the sequence which is approx. 35-40 mins.
