Just like on our feet and hands, our faces hold reflex points corresponding with the rest of our bodies. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands and face have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few.  By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions. This gorgeous therapy has been devised, and in-person training delivered, by Ziggie Bergman, award winning Reflexologist and leader in this field of facial reflexology. By gently stimulating the reflex areas on the face, this wonderfully relaxing treatment also aims to restore balance throughout the body and with the use of organic oils nourishing your skin and enhancing your radiance further. This is the perfect treatment for those who enjoy facial treatments and those who would rather not have their feet touched. You will only be required to remove your shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift organic foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying organic Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil. From February 2023 I am now including Qua Sha techniques as part of this sequence. Cancellation Policy is 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees (This includes 'No Shows' - those who do not attend their appointment without notice). Important Information: - Last Appointment Booking Slot is 7:00pm on all therapies. - New Clients & Returning Clients who've not visited for over a year, are required to complete an LMK Consultation Form in advance of their appointment, a link to the form will be included in your appointment confirmation email. - Once your online booking is complete, please check that you have received an email confirming your appointment - please check your junk/spam folder if it's not appearing in your inbox.
