To Start: Reiki Healing energy. This therapy aims to rebalance the mind, body and spirit and achieve deep relaxation and improved general sense of well-being using. There is no massage involved with Reiki, and therefore, no contraindications. I place my hands on your head, shoulders, hips and feet and hold my hands above the chakra energy points along the body. To Follow: Facial Reflexology, using Zone Face Lift organic Foaming Cleanser, a hot towel to cleanse and clean the face, before applying the Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil when the facial reflexology sequence commences. To Finish: Traditional Foot Reflexology using Flying Wild Reflexology Balm. Alternatively, if you are local to me, you can order through myself, prices are as those listed on the Zone Face Lift website, and payment will be requested in advance, as they will be ordered as required and imported from Ireland (delivery times are approximately 5-7 days from date of order)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No Show Policy: This Policy Includes 'No-Shows' (a 'No Show' is an appointment not attended, without any notice given) Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed. If you are unable to attend an appointment or need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of scheduled therapy costs being incurred. The 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fees paid at the time of booking your appointment, and where full payment has been made in advance, including Gift Vouchers, these fees received will be retained by LMK where insufficient notice is given to compensate towards that lost appointment.
