This is the first Reflexology for Menopause Support of its kind in the UK encompassing three Reflexology methods. Using focused techniques that have been designed and taught by both Ziggie Bergman (founder of Bergman Zone Method Facial Reflexology & Zone Face Lift) & Louise Keet (Principal of The London School of Reflexology & Author of The Reflexology Bible). By stimulating specific reflexes on the face, hands and feet, the aim is to help balance the body's natural energy flow and support those going through all stages of the menopause. To Start: Facial Reflexology, using Zone Face Lift organic Foaming Cleanser, a hot towel to cleanse and clean the face, before applying the Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil when the Menopause Facial Reflexology sequence commences. To Follow: Hand Reflexology To Finish: Menopause Foot Reflexology sequence using Flying Wild Menopause Reflexology Balm. You will only be required to remove your shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift facial products and Flying Wild's Massage Oils & Reflexology Balms Zone Face Lift facial products contain certified organic ingredients & a selection of essential oils, each with their own healing properties.
