Indian Head Massage

Service Description

Indian Head Massage has been around for more than 5,000 years. The therapy originates from Ayurveda, an ancient method involving natural therapies, taking account of mind, body and spirit. The massage covers upper back, upper arms, shoulders, neck, head and face. Traditionally, this is a seated therapy and can be carried out through clothing, alternatively a wrap around towel will be provided so oil can be applied to the upper back, shoulders, arms and neck.
