Just like on our feet and hands, our faces hold reflex points corresponding with the rest of our bodies. Reflexology works on the principle that our feet, hands and face have many reflex points that correspond with the rest of our body which include the digestive, urinary, reproductive, lymphatic and hormonal systems in the body, to name but a few.  By stimulating these reflex points we are working with the whole body with the aim of increasing the body's natural energy flow and restoring balance. Reflexology is helpful for many conditions including sleep, anxiety and stress related conditions. This gorgeous therapy has been devised, and in-person training delivered, by Ziggie Bergman, award winning Reflexologist and leader in this field of facial reflexology. By gently stimulating the reflex areas on the face, this wonderfully relaxing treatment also aims to restore balance throughout the body and with the use of organic oils nourishing your skin and enhancing your radiance further. This is the perfect treatment for those who enjoy facial treatments and those who would rather not have their feet touched. You will only be required to remove your shoes prior to this therapy. Zone Face Lift organic foaming cleanser is applied to the face, followed by a hot towel, to cleanse the skin before applying organic Zone Face Lift Facial Reflexology Oil. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/No Show Policy: This Policy Includes 'No-Shows' (a 'No Show' is an appointment not attended, without any notice given) Appointments are booked for you at a time that is mutually agreed. If you are unable to attend an appointment or need to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours notice is required to avoid 100% of scheduled therapy costs being incurred. The 50% Non-Refundable Booking Fees paid at the time of booking your appointment, and where full payment has been made in advance, including Gift Vouchers, these fees received will be retained by LMK where insufficient notice is given to compensate towards that lost appointment.
