How to Use Facial Reflexology with the aim of Naturally Balancing Your Hormones

Updated: Jan 5

Whether you are prepubescent, an adolescent or an adult (- and especially, like me, menopausal), hormones play a role in how we're feeling on a daily basis!

I demonstrate this technique to pretty much all of my clients & I practice this myself every day to help with my own menopausal symptoms, even though I'm on HRT I still get a bit of brain fog & this has really helped me keep that feeling at bay.

You can incorporate this in your daily skincare routine, or if you don't have a routine as such, you can do it anytime of day. I practice this each morning when applying my moisturiser.

It takes less than 60 seconds!

By spiralling from the centre of the forehead outwards & back to the centre again, followed by either sliding or shimmying your fingers back & forth the centre of the forehead, you are aiming to stimulate your head & brain reflexes along with the pituitary, hypothalamus & pineal gland reflexes.

This is not just menopause focussed, we all have hormones flowing through us & this aims to help with our body's own natural flow. Even just doing the spirals alone, aims to calm our busy minds...the slower you do it the better 😁

Take a moment, take a few deep breaths, try it for yourself every day for a week, I'd love to know how you get on.

If you are experiencing any symptoms that you are concerned about, in the first instance, please consult your medical professional to discuss.

Much love, Laura 💛🤲
